In a 10 day time span, there was only one part of one morning that Javier could meet me – had booked three months earlier a medical appointment – a follow-up from covid -for that exact time (canceled that appointment and now have one in another 3 months) Spoke to rosie several times and was told Javier would/had texted me - assured her I was getting nothing from Javier – morning of the appointment, I texted him 15 minutes before the set meeting, and again 2 hours later – nothing – called him another hour later and he answered !!! said he did not have my address and could not come at that time – he gave me the # he had been texting – it was NOT my number – he and rosie both had my number, but apparently never thought to call me Movers come today and I am scrambling to find a place for my antiques – beware, these people are not careful with their clientele’s needs
